CDL-A Local Hostler | Kohl's - Blue Springs, MO
Pay Details & Schedule
Pay Details & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $28
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,120 at 40 hours
- Estimated Annual Pay: $58,240 at 40 hours per week
- Two shift openings:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
- Home nightly
- Hours may change based on customer demand and seasonal volume
- During peak season (August-November), some shifts may run 9 hours
- Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at the regular hourly rate, not overtime
- Weekend or holiday work is rare but may be required when the customer has freight
- Combination of yard hostler work and local driving
- Operate a spotter unit
- No unloading required
- Workload varies by season:
- Peak season: approximately 2 hostlers per shift
- Non-peak season: approximately 1-1.5 hostlers per shift
- Must be comfortable working in cold weather
- Valid Class A CDL
- First-seat, experienced drivers only
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to perform yard operations and local driving safely
- Flexibility to work adjusted hours during peak and non-peak seasons
