CDL-A Local Grocery Driver | Walmart - Harrisonville, MO
Join a dedicated local grocery operation based in Harrisonville, MO. Earn approximately $1,100-$1,200 per week delivering dry and refrigerated grocery freight. Enjoy daily home time, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to earn a performance-based safety bonus.

Join a dedicated local grocery operation based in Harrisonville, MO. Earn approximately $1,100-$1,200 per week delivering dry and refrigerated grocery freight. Enjoy daily home time, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to earn a performance-based safety bonus.
Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,100-$1,200
- Mileage Pay: Starts at $0.49 CPM and increases with tenure, up to $0.60 CPM after 36 months
- Additional Load Pay:
- $25 for loads under 50 miles
- $20 for loads under 110 miles
- Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
- Performance Safety Bonus: Available to eligible drivers who meet the program requirements
- Home Time: Daily
- Shift: Overnight only
- Workweek: Typically 6 days, followed by a 34-hour reset
- Weekend and holiday work required
- Dedicated local grocery account
- Deliver dry and refrigerated groceries using dry van and reefer trailers
- No-touch freight
- Mostly live unloads, with occasional drop-and-hook loads
- Backhaul opportunities
- Consistent freight
- Pickup and unloading wait times may occur
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees welcome
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to meet the account's safety and performance standards to qualify for the performance bonus
