Dedicated Dry Van Driver | York, PA & Lakewood, NJ Hub | Home Weekly | Up to $1,800/Wk

Looking for a high-tempo regional account that delivers big weekly revenue without keeping you out for weeks on end? We are immediately filling dedicated day-cab/sleeper slots servicing high-volume consumer goods lanes across PA, NJ, and MD. Enjoy steady "turn-and-burn" miles, massive accessorial pay stackers, and reliable weekly home resets.

THE PAY & EARNINGS BREAKDOWN: Gross a dependable average of $1,200 to $1,800 per week. Earn a top-tier base rate of $0.88 CPM! Stack your check further with $50 for every live load and live unload, $10 drop pay, $30 short-haul pay for loads under 100 miles, and $10/hr detention pay (after 2 hours).
THE ROUTE & FREIGHT SPECS: Fast-paced dedicated regional dispatches running multiple short and mid-haul loads per day across Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Cargo Handling: Versatile combination of drop-and-hooks, live loads, and live store drops in late-model equipment.
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Weekly Resets: Enjoy reliable weekly home time with a full 34-hour restart. Work a set schedule choosing between Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday rotations. Weekend work is required, and drivers are expected to work holidays (except Christmas Day).
QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING:
- Experienced Drivers Only: Trainees are NOT accepted for this account. Must possess at least 6 months of post-training OTR experience in the last 12 months, OR 12 months in the past 5 years.
- Hiring Zone: Must reside within 50 miles of approved hiring ZIP codes (serving York, PA, Lakewood, NJ, and Aberdeen, MD metro areas).
- Toxicology: Passing mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings is strictly required.
