CDL-A Regional Touch Freight Driver - Ashley, IN | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Earn $1,700-$1,850 per week on average, with top earners making $2,200 per week and potential annual earnings of $80,000-$115,000+. This regional delivery position offers home time 3-4 times per week, experience-based mileage pay, and additional earnings for unloads and backhauls.
Pay Details & Schedule

Average Weekly Pay: $1,700-$1,850
Top Weekly Pay: Up to $2,200
Annual Earnings Potential: $80,000-$115,000+
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid in installments through 180 days
Base Mileage Pay: $0.85-$0.88 CPM based on driving experience
Additional Pay: $335 per unload and $30 per backhaul
All-In Pay Potential: Up to $1.76 per mile, including base mileage pay and eligible additional earnings divided by miles. This is not a guaranteed base CPM.
Home Time: 3-4 times per week, typically every other day for a 10-hour break
Schedule: Early-morning deliveries with night driving; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
Route Structure: Typically 3-5 stops per route, averaging 3 loads per week

Experience-Based Mileage Pay:

0-11 months: $0.85 CPM
12-23 months: $0.86 CPM
24-35 months: $0.87 CPM
36+ months: $0.88 CPM

Sign-On Bonus Payout:

$250 after the first load
$250 after 30 days
$250 after 60 days
$500 after 90 days
$250 after 120 days
$250 after 150 days
$750 after 180 days

Bonus payments require you to be an active company driver on the applicable payout date. Bonus terms may be modified or canceled with appropriate notice as permitted by law.
Job Details

Starting Location: Ashley, Indiana
Running Area: Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin
Freight: 100% driver-unloaded touch freight, handled box by box using rollers
Weekly Mileage: Approximately 1,110 miles
Training: One-week ride-along with a driver at $150 per day
Equipment: International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
Delivery Requirements: Complete the required 10-hour break before unloading
Parking: Drivers must have secure truck and trailer parking during home time. Parking at retail stores or other unsecured locations is not permitted. Secure parking must have two forms of security, such as a guard and/or camera.
Orientation: Bring two weeks' worth of supplies
Support: On-site support staff available 24/7

Job Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience; confirm the required minimum with recruiting before applying
Clean driving record
Valid DOT Medical Card
No SAP drivers
Ability to safely perform physical, box-by-box unloading
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Willingness to drive at night and work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to secure truck and trailer parking during home time
