- Experience-Based Mileage Pay: 0-11 months: $0.66; 12-23 months: $0.67; 24-35 months: $0.68; 36-59 months: $0.69; 60-83 months: $0.72; 84-119 months: $0.73; 120-179 months: $0.75; 180+ months: $0.76 per mile.
- Minimum Mileage Pay: $50 for 0-50 miles; $60 for 51-95 miles; $75 for 96-115 miles; $80 for 116-130 miles. Drivers receive the greater of the applicable mileage-based pay or minimum mileage rate.
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop.
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 total - $250 after the first load, $250 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $500 at 120 days, $500 at 150 days, and $1,000 at 180 days.
- Home Time: Daily, with a 48-hour reset and two days off weekly. Weekend days off are not available.
- Schedule: Five days on, two days off; shifts typically last 11-14 hours. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required as needed.
- Freight: Dry and refrigerated freight with no-touch freight handling and live unloading at delivery locations.
- Running Area: Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
- Workload: Approximately 1,600-1,700 miles per week.
- Equipment: Newer slip-seat day-cab tractors.
- Daily Reporting: Drivers must have reliable personal transportation to the Gordonsville distribution center.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Reliable personal transportation to the distribution center.
- Ability to work the required schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong safety awareness and customer service skills.
- 24/7 On-Site Support
- Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years.
