Pay Details
$100,000 average annual pay
- Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,150
- Starting rate of $0.59 per mile
- $16.25 per stop/drop-and-hook
- Quarterly loyalty bonus:
- $0.01 per mile for 0-2 years of service
- $0.02 per mile for 2-5 years
- $0.03 per mile for 5+ years
- Paid weekly
- Dedicated retail freight
- No-touch freight
- Late-model equipment
- Local operation
- Home daily
- 5-day workweek
- Tuesday-Wednesday off
- PM shifts
- Start times between 8:00 PM-12:00 AM
- Operation runs 24/7
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Minimum 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation
- Additional qualifications may apply
- 80 hours of vacation after one year
