Regional Flex CDL-A Driver - Good Pay + Loyalty Bonus | Reefer Freight
Earn an average of $120,000 per year with guaranteed weekly pay and a flexible regional assignment. Haul refrigerated grocery freight and support other dedicated operations as needed while traveling for 3-4 weeks at a time.

$120,000 average annual pay
- Average Weekly Pay: $2,350
- $1,600 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
- $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated customers
- $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
- Paid holidays
- Paid weekly
- Regional flex assignments
- Haul refrigerated grocery freight
- Support other dedicated operations as needed
- Late-model day cabs or sleepers, depending on assignment
- Reefer trailers
- Hotel provided for 34-hour resets while out
- Out 3-4 weeks at a time
- 1 day off for each week worked
- 34-hour reset during weeks out
- Drivers may stay in the sleeper during resets
- Trucks operate 24/7
- Flexible scheduling required
- Occasional special projects based on customer needs
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Minimum 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation
