Flex Driver | Rogers Area | $1,750 Weekly Minimum | $91,000/Year Potential
What if every week came with a floor under it? As a flex driver on this job, you're guaranteed at least $1,750 a week, no matter how the routes shake out. Drivers average about $91,000 a year.
Your role is to step in where the regular drivers can't be: covering vacations, absences and fill-ins on dedicated routes. Most trips keep you out for 1 to 2 weeks at a time, and your days off depend on the route you're running. When you're covering outside the home area, that can mean places like Milbank or Billings.
The pay is a package rate, so your weekly check stays steady and doesn't swing with the miles. Pay is weekly.
You'll drive a 2024 Freightliner sleeper pulling preloaded heated trailers, and some runs are doubles. At the dock, you tailgate pallets with an electric pallet jack, and some stops need a driver unload, so expect a bit of hands-on work.
To be considered, you'll want:
- A valid Class A CDL
- 9 months of tractor-trailer driving in the past 3 years
- Comfort with a urine and hair follicle drug test
