Full Description
Tanker Driver | Clear Lake Area | $31/Hr + Overtime | No-Touch, Home Daily
Short hauls, all drop and hook, and not a single load to unload. On this liquid egg run you start the day in Clear Lake, swap trailers, and spend your shift rolling instead of waiting.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $31.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Paid orientation, so you're earning from day one
- About $1,240 a week at 40 hours, roughly $64,480 a year before overtime
HOW A DAY GOES
1. Start at Clear Lake with an empty trailer
2. Drop it at Corwith or Malcom
3. Hook a preloaded trailer
4. Haul it to a processing plant in Lenox, Britt or Gaylord
THE SCHEDULE
You're mostly home daily. Schedules and start times vary, and weekend shifts can come up, so some flexibility goes a long way.
THE FREIGHT AND TRUCK
Liquid eggs in tank trailers, 100% no-touch, all drop and hook. You'll drive a late-model Freightliner.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
- 22 years or older
- A profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse
Background details come up later in the process, like any normal hiring step, so you can apply without digging up records first.
THE PERKS
Competitive health and wellness benefits.
