Egg Tanker Driver | Clear Lake, Iowa | ~$1,690/Week | Afternoon Starts
Start after lunch, haul all day, and sleep in your own bed. This dedicated liquid egg run has afternoon start times, 100% no-touch freight, and pay that adds up with every mile and every hook.
THE PAY, PIECE BY PIECE
- Average $88,000 a year, about $1,690 a week, paid weekly
- $0.67 per mile to start
- $10 for every drop and hook
- An extra $0.03 per mile on Friday to Tuesday shifts
WHEN YOU'LL WORK
Start times fall between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and you're home most days. Right now the openings are on Thursday to Monday or Tuesday to Saturday schedules. If an occasional layover comes up, your 10-hour break is paid.
WHAT'S ON THE HOOK
Liquid eggs in tank trailers for a dedicated customer. Every load is drop and hook, so there's no loading, no unloading and no waiting on a dock. You'll drive a late-model Freightliner.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
- 22 years or older
- An active profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse
