Team Driver | Cedar Falls Area | Up to $123,350 Each Per Year
Two drivers, one truck, and a paycheck built for two. On this dedicated team run, you and your partner split the miles, the stops and the money, and you share a truck that's set up for life on the road.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- The team averages $246,700 a year, which works out to about $123,350 per driver
- Roughly $2,372 a week per driver on average (my math, from the yearly figure)
- $0.86 per mile on every mile driven, split between you and your co-driver
- $33 per stop, also split
- Teams typically run 5,000+ miles a week
- An extra $50 a week per driver for safety and performance
YOUR SCHEDULE
You're home weekly, with consecutive days off. Pick Thursday to Monday or Friday to Tuesday. Start times fall between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
YOUR TRUCK
A newer 2024 or 2025 Freightliner sleeper with a double bunk and a power inverter, so both of you can rest and recharge comfortably. An onsite maintenance and cleaning shop keeps it road-ready.
THE FREIGHT
Dedicated retail loads, all no-touch. You drive, your partner drives, and the freight stays put.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
- 22 years or older
- A profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse
Background details come up later in the process, like any normal hiring step, so you can apply without gathering a pile of records first.
