 Minimum 3 months driving experience Regional or O.T.R. 
 
 Moving Violations are on a point system. 
 
 No DUI/DWI's in the last 5 years. 
 
 Automatic DQ's: recent at fault rollover in the past year & No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime. 
 
 NO FELONIES or MISDEMEANOR EVER - NO EXCEPTION.
