Training Provided
- Paid on-the-job training with an experienced trainer
- On boarding Period-4 to 6 weeks
- Guaranteed Pay During Training---$650 per week
- Step-by-step on boarding to build confidence and skill
- Supportive driver managers available 24/7
Pay & Home Time
Competitive starting pay for new CDL A drivers
- Earning per week:$ 1,200 to $ 1,400
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- Home time (Over-the-Road) : 2 Weeks out (OTR) and 2 days home with your family
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Complete on-time pickups and deliveries
- Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety policies
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate professionally with dispatch
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen
- Clean M.V.R. and background (carrier-specific standards apply)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
