Driver Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of O.T.R. experience
- Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience (including tarping)
- Valid CDL A License
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No recent at-fault rollovers (past year)
- No failed DOT drug/alcohol test (lifetime)
- Felony convictions reviewed on a case-by-case basis (no pending cases in last 5 years)
- Must pass a urine drug test
- Automatic transmissions
- ARB - compliant equipment
- Maintained late-model fleet
- Regional routes
- Home weekends
- Consistent freight year-round
