Position: Shop Laborer with Class B CDL

Schultz Construction is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop & Yard Laborer/Driver. This role plays a key part in supporting our field operations, maintaining our yard and warehouse, and ensuring crews have what they need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment in the yard and warehouse
• Deliver and pick up materials and equipment to/from job sites (CDL B required)
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Order and restock materials as needed and monitor usage by project teams
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs (in-house or with vendors)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse in accordance with company standards
• Support mechanics, Superintendents, and field crews with day-to-day needs
• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned

• Valid CDL Class B license (required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and respond to field requests
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Frequent bending, standing, lifting and working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
