Position Overview:
- Location: Frequent travel to and from delivery locations; base at our Holland, Michigan terminal
- Pay: Experienced drivers averaging $1,700 - $1,900/week per driver (Mileage rate based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for established teams
- Schedule: Typically leaves out Saturday or Sunday, home by Thursday or Friday with a weekly 34-hour reset at home
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to operate a tractor-trailer for up to 14 hours/day
Compensation & Benefits:
- Mileage rates based on experience
- $60 per outbound delivery stop and $40 per pick/drop inbound after the first pick-up
- Detention pay: $20/hour after 2.5 hours for outbound and $10/hour after 5 hours for inbound
- Additional $200 for two-day deliveries with planned layovers
- Full-time exempt position with benefits and paid time off
- Weekly rotation to guarantee a 34-hour home reset
