$2000 Performance Bonus (before applicable taxes): Drivers in good standing with the company will receive $1,000 after 90 days of employment and another $1,000 after 180 days of employment. Safety, attendance, attitude, and consistent on-time arrivals to work each day are all calculated into the decision of being considered in good standing with the company.
Monday-Friday Schedule on day shift 4:00am ET start time until completion of route (12pm-1pm ET approximate end time) - No Nights - No Weekends - LOCAL ROUTE (Cincinnati Area)
$26.00/HR starting pay

Wurth Baer Supply Company is seeking a reliable and responsible Driver - CDL Class A to support our Middletown, Ohio facility and product delivery operations.
You will help load the company truck and transport Wurth Baer Supply products to customers when needed. The cargo consists of cabinets, hardware, wood/laminate, and lacquer/finish. You will use an app via a company-provided cell phone to plan your route. As one of the most often seen representatives of the Company, you will conduct yourself in a positive and friendly manner and provide quality service with each delivery. When needed, you will assist with general warehouse operations (receiving, picking, etc.).
An essential function of this role requires employees to lift and lower packages that may weigh up to 70 pounds. Attention to safety is vital, the use of proper lifting and lowering techniques should be used at all times (adjust your body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, and pivot). You may also need to become accustomed to the fluctuating temperatures in which you will perform your duties. As this position is customer-facing, an excellent customer focus attitude is critical for success.
Driver Schedule, Stops, and Vehicle:
Drivers will be expected to complete their daily route. You will start at4:00am EST Monday-Friday using a 26-foot curtain side truck with a 10-speed manual transmission. The day may end as soon as 12:00pm EST, but drivers are required to stay until the daily deliveries are completed. Drivers average 10 to 12 daily stops serving primarily the Cincinnati area.

Requirements:
- Must be comfortable wearing a company uniform and protective footwear (composite or steel toe)
- Safe Driving Record (MVR)
- Must be legally authorized to authorized to operate manual transmissions and proficient driving these types of vehicles (10-Speed)
- Must have CDL-B or CDL-A
- Must have Valid DOT Med Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate)
- Must be registered with the DOT (FMCSA) Clearinghouse
