Permanent Role:
- This is a direct hire to our company.
- No staffing agencies are involved in the hiring process.
- Steady, year-round work.
- Average employee tenure is 15 years per employee across 30 branches in the US
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 5:30am-3:00pm or until completion of daily route
- No nights - No weekends
- Time and a half after 40 hours
Compensation:
- The starting pay rate for this role is $23.50/HR.
- Increase to $24.00/HR in 90 days if you are in good standing with the company

- Consistent on-time arrival to work, good attendance, good attitude, work safety, and work quality are all factored into the evaluation of being in good standing
$2000 Performance Bonus:
- $1000 after 90 days (3 months) and $1000 after 180 days (6 months)
- Paid for drivers in good standing with the company

Truck Type:
- 53-Foot Curtain Side Tractor Trailer with 10-Speed Manual Transmission
Duties:
- Secure load to truck by tying down to ascertain safe travel between stops
- Pass goods to customers by hand weighing 40lbs to 80lbs as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate as needed with management pertaining to customer questions and concerns
- Utilize Samsara Electronic Logging Device (ELD) on company cell phone to perform pre-trip inspections and demonstrate DOT-compliant on-duty status, etc. in lieu of paper logs. Cameras facing in the cabin towards the driver as well as on the road ahead to protect the company in driver in the event of any incidents.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable wearing a company uniform and protective footwear (composite or steel toe)
- Safe Driving Record (MVR)
- Must be legally authorized to authorized to operate manual transmissions and proficient driving these types of vehicles (10-Speed)
- Must have Valid CDL-A
- Must have Valid DOT Med Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate)
