Parts Coordinator

The Parts Coordinator under the direction of the Execution Manager will work with the Project Coordinator and Shipping Coordinator to support on-time delivery of parts on multiple projects. The Parts Coordinator will also be responsible filing the shipping documentation, take photos of equipment for each project, & filing of said photos for each project. As part of the Zeeco Projects group, this individual will interface with execution, engineering, purchasing, shipping, sub-contractors, and component suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of parts to vendors.
• File shipping documentation in appropriate network location.
• Verify parts at vendor's shop via a ship list.
• Take photos of equipment.
• File photos in appropriate network location

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word / Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.Good driving record.
• Class A CDL is required
