<p><span style="">We are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for a local position in Lynchburg, Virginia. This role involves picking up cardboard from various locations and transporting it to a papermill. The pay rate is $25.75 per hour with overtime available after 40 hours.</span></p>

	<li>Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays mandatory
	<li>Start Time: Approximately 3/4 AM
	<li>Total Hours: 10-12 hours per day

	<li>Route Type: Local
	<li>Freight: Cardboard
	<li>Equipment: Flatbed
	<li>Handling: Strapping and unloading with moffett
	<li>Load Details: Two loads per day, with the second load needing to reach its destination by 5 PM
	<li>Service Area: Surrounding Virginia area and sometimes North Carolina
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pick up cardboard behind retailers
	<li>Load cardboard onto flatbeds and secure loads
	<li>Transport loads to the papermill and unload
	<li>Ensure timely delivery of loads
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Experience with flatbed operations and strapping
</ul>
