CDL A Local AM LEAD Driver | Earn $1,500-$1,800 Weekly | Starting pay at $27.06 per hour in Minneapolis, MN.

 

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A LEAD Drivers for local routes in Minneapolis. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to drive new Mack Anthem trucks with the latest technology.

 

Position Details:

<ul>
	<li>Pay: starts at $27.06/hr and goes up on experience
	<li>Weekly Earnings: $1,500 - $1,800
	<li>Schedule: 4pm to 4am shift - 12 hour days - 5 on 2 off schedule
	<li>Hours per week: Operate on a 70-hour clock
	<li>Route Type: LOCAL
	<li>Freight Type: Hauling roofing and construction materials (as some examples).
	<li>Handling: Tarp and strap required
	<li>Equipment: New Mack Anthem trucks with automatic transmissions and flatbed trailers
	<li>Slip Seat: No
</ul>

 

 

Training:

<ul>
	<li>Pay during training: Varies
	<li>Training lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the driver’s needs
	<li>Hotel accommodations provided during training
	<li>Training includes hands-on experience with tarps, chains, and flatbed equipment
</ul>

 

Additional Compensation:

<ul>
	<li>Per diem: $35/night
	<li>Tarp Pay: $50 per tarp
	<li>Detention & breakdown pay: $25/hr after the first 1.5 hours
</ul>

 

Job Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>CDL A License
	<li>Clean work history, MVR, and PSP
	<li>Road test required
	<li>Must be willing to be away for 2 weeks at a time
	<li>Commitment to safety and professional driving practices
	<li>Less than 2 jobs in the last 3 years.
</ul>
