Local/Regional CDL-A Dedicated Driver (Front Royal DC) - Earn ~$1,750/Wk ($2.5K Bonus)

WHAT YOU GET & EARN:

High All-In Earning Power: Average ~$1,690 to $1,890+ per week ($89k average yearly gross, top drivers making $2,000+/wk).
Up to $1.44 Effective CPM: Includes base mileage rate ($0.77-$0.80 CPM) blended with load bonuses, unload pay, and stop fees.
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus:
- 1st Load: $250 | 30 Days: $250 | 60 Days: $250
- 90 Days: $500 | 120 Days: $250 | 150 Days: $250 | 180 Days: $750
Activity Pay Add-Ons:
- $265 per full trailer piece-by-piece unload
- $125/wk bonus for completing 3+ loads
- $15 stop pay | $35 backhaul pay
- $150/day paid ride-along training (1 week)
Frequent Home Time: Enjoy being home 3 to 4 times per week (typically spending your 10-hour off-duty break at home every other day).
Solid Benefits: Onsite support available 24/7, full medical benefits package, and paid vacation (1 week at 1 yr, 2 weeks at 2 yrs, up to 4 weeks at 10 yrs).

WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES:

Route Coverage: Dispatch from Front Royal, VA delivering within a 700-mile radius (VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV).
Workload & Mileage: ~1,100 miles per week, running 1 to 6 stops per load. Minimum of 3 loads required weekly.
Physical Unload: 100% touch freight-unloading trailers box-by-box via roller ramps.
Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
Excellent customer service skills and patience.
Must bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
Standard drug screening (urine & hair follicle). Doubles endorsement is preferred, but not required.
