Pay: $1,500 to $1,650 per week
Freight: No-touch dry van
Home Time: Every other weekend
Location: Raleigh, NC 27601
Dry van lane reliability and coordinated dispatch planning help CDL-A truck drivers maintain steady mileage while running established freight routes throughout the week.
Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a full-time position with no-touch freight, approximately 2,500 miles per week, and home time every other weekend.
Position Details:
Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 with no NYC routes. Occasional nationwide runs are available based on freight demand, providing additional coverage when needed.
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,500 to $1,650 per week. Average hauls are approximately 700 miles, giving drivers longer runs while dispatch plans loads to support consistent weekly mileage.
What You'll Do:
Home time is scheduled every other weekend. Drivers spend their work cycle covering established freight lanes with load planning focused on maintaining productive driving time between scheduled resets.

Additional pay is provided for detention, layover, and breakdowns. Consistent freight and reliable weekly miles support dependable earnings throughout the year.
Requirements:
To qualify, you must have a valid CDL-A license and at least 3 months of tractor-trailer OTR experience within the last 3 years. No endorsements are required.
