THIS POSITION IS BASED AT OUR KANSAS CITY, KS. TERMINAL BUT PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICES TO THE ENTIRE METROPOLITAN AREA. MUST BE ABLE TO CROSS STATE LINES. Scheduled shifts for this area is Monday through Saturday with various days off during the week.
Due to employee retirements, business growth and expansion the AE Dairy is looking for SEVERAL route delivery drivers to become valued members of our team.

- Well maintained, late model trucks
The AE Distribution Employee will:
- Must have a valid and current Class A CDL
- Must demonstrate safe driving practices
- Must comply with all DOT regulations, company policies and procedures
- Start times can vary (depending on the route) from 10 PM- 4 AM.
- Sundays Off- Plus an additional one (1) day off during week (TBD- depending on route)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product
- Learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads
- Prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles
- Demonstrate customer-focused professionalism in all interactions with customers and the general public
- Show enthusiasm for and commitment to the AE Brand
Compensation and Benefit Plans:
- FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT!
- Medical Insurance: 2025 MONTHLY HEALTH INSURANCE RATES- Single $69.30 Family $152.25.

- Competitive pay plans (compensation varies upon the route or the route relieved). Hourly pay, Commission and Mileage.
