Shuttle Driver

Cherokee Nation Entertainment (Hard Rock, Catoosa) is looking for a dedicated full-time Shuttle Driver to join our team. Our drivers are the face of our company to the public, so customer service skills are a must! You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our guests and employees to and from the casino property. This shift is for our 7:00 P.M. - 3:00 A.M. schedule. Must have a valid Chauffeur or CDL license with a passenger endorsement.

• Transport guests and employees to and from the casino in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and other personal items as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date logs for each trip, including driver name, dates, odometer readings, etc.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report any vehicle issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, and stock any requested provisions.
• Stay informed on casino events, promotions, and statistics to share with guests.
• Occasionally work extended hours for special events, which may require irregular schedules.
• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Must have a valid Chauffeur or CDL license with a passenger endorsement.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, follow safety rules, and speak effectively to customers.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to sit for long periods, handle up to 25 lbs., and have good vision and hearing.
