Pay: $1,450 to $1,650 per week | Freight: General freight
Home Time: Every weekend | Location: Chattanooga, TN 37421
Schedule: Regional operation with dependable weekend home time
Home weekly scheduling with dependable freight keeps your week organized while giving you consistent time at home.
Position Highlights
• Weekend home time every week
• General freight across established lanes
• No-touch freight keeps the focus on driving
• Paid 4-day orientation with travel, meals, and lodging provided
• Dedicated driver manager from day one
This position offers a dependable regional schedule with steady freight and predictable weekend home time. Drivers stay moving throughout the week while enjoying a routine that supports consistent miles and reliable weekly earnings.
Driver Equipment & Daily Work
Operate late-model equipment designed for long-haul comfort and dependable performance. No-touch general freight allows drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting at customer locations.
Regional planning and established freight demand help keep the workweek organized while maintaining steady movement across a variety of customer freight.
Reliable weekend home time makes it easier to balance work with personal commitments while still providing consistent earning opportunities.
Orientation
Our paid 4-day orientation is designed to make your transition simple. Transportation, meals, and lodging are provided so there are no out-of-pocket expenses during onboarding.
You'll be matched with a dedicated driver manager who provides clear communication and ongoing support. Our Path to Success pay program helps create financial stability while changing employers.

Valid CDL-A license
Valid DOT Medical Card
Minimum of one year of flatbed driving experience
Experience securing loads with straps, tarps, chains, and binders
