Location: Kansas City, KS 66101
Home Time: Home Every Week
Pay: $1,375 to $1,575 per week
Freight: Dry Van General Freight
Weekly home time every weekend
Haul dry van freight across established lanes
Modern Peterbilt 579 trucks
Warehouse and distribution center deliveries
CDL-A drivers run established freight lanes that support steady freight movement throughout the week while providing predictable home time and a dependable workload. This position offers weekly earnings of $1,375 to $1,575 while hauling general freight between customer, warehouse, and distribution center locations.

Job Responsibilities
As a CDL-A Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting dry van general freight between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer facilities. Drivers maintain accurate logs, follow DOT regulations, and operate equipment safely while meeting scheduled pickup and delivery appointments.
Freight moves through established lanes with a variety of delivery locations throughout the week. Professional communication, attention to detail, and dependable service help keep loads moving efficiently while supporting customer expectations.
This position requires a strong focus on safety, reliability, and professional driving practices.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to operate a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
