Weekly Pay - $1,275 to $1,350

Regional dry van freight on this fleet moves through established multi-state lanes designed to keep experienced CDL-A truck drivers running steady miles with consistent dispatch coordination. This opportunity works well for drivers who prefer predictable freight patterns, organized operations, and dependable weekly home time.

Freight Overview
Freight consists of no-touch dry van loads moving through a stable customer network. A strong percentage of freight is drop-and-hook, allowing drivers to stay focused on safe driving while minimizing time waiting at shipping facilities.

Drivers assigned to this fleet typically average around 2,500 miles per week depending on routing and freight flow. The structure of this operation helps keep Class A CDL drivers moving consistently while operating within a predictable regional freight network.

Dispatch teams coordinate loads through structured scheduling designed to keep drivers moving efficiently throughout each work week. This system helps maintain steady miles while supporting reliable home-time planning for drivers operating within the Division 330 network.

Fleet Equipment
Drivers operate late-model International LT tractors supported through a national maintenance program. Service support is handled through Penske facilities, helping minimize downtime and keep trucks operating reliably throughout dispatch cycles.

Equipment includes driver-comfort features such as APUs and inverters designed to support time on the road during the work week. Drivers may also bring personal refrigerators to make the truck feel more comfortable during longer dispatch periods.

Driver Pay Programs
In addition to weekly earnings, drivers may qualify for monthly fuel efficiency bonuses designed to reward smart driving habits and efficient equipment operation.

Benefits Package
Drivers have access to major medical coverage with multiple plan options available after 60 days of employment. Additional programs include a 401(k) plan with company matching and a non-taxable health savings option.

Drivers also receive paid vacation after one year of service along with $25,000 in company-provided life insurance coverage.
