Full Description

Class A CDL Flatbed Truck Driver

Pay: $26.60-$34.50/hour (DOE)

Shift: 5am-2pm, M-F (overtime as available/needed)

Location: On-site - 2440 FM 1405, Baytown, TX 77523

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Class A CDL Flatbed Truck Driver for our steel distribution/structural steel & wide flange beams client to start 06/22/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Drive safely between the steel yard and job sites (may travel as far as Louisiana)
Load/unload materials and ensure accurate handling
Perform routine daily inspections of truck and equipment; report issues promptly
Read and use tape measures/measurement tools to handle materials precisely
Review shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork and secure flatbed loads

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL (required)
Flatbed experience required
Ability to interpret technical paperwork
Steel or lumber yard transportation experience preferred
Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs and pass required screenings

Skills

Safe commercial driving and flatbed truck operation
Load securing and assistance with loading/unloading
Strong attention to detail when building/verifying loads
Clear communication and safety-first mindset
Comfort working with paperwork (shipping/receiving/inventory)
