Earning Potential:

6 months to 1 year of experience: $0.76 cpm Dry Van / $0.81 cpm for Reefer

1 year to 2 years experience: $0.79 cpm Dry Van / $0.84 cpm for Reefer

2+ years experience: $0.81 cpm Dry Van/ $0.86 cpm Reefer

average weekly pay $2200-2800

About the Role

We are seeking professional, experienced Class A CDL Drivers for OTR lanes across the Lower 48 states (No NYC routes). This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high miles, modern equipment, and excellent flexibility with no forced dispatch. Drive the miles you want and manage your own schedule with a driver-focused team.

Accessorial Pay:
- Layover Pay: $150
- Detention Pay: $25/hour (after 2 hours at the dock)

Job Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
Route Readiness: Must be prepared and willing to run all 48 states (excluding New York City).
Tax Classification: Understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor tax status
