Job Type: Full-time (W2)
Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,500.00 per week (Average)
Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-48 hour reset (Typically 5-5.5 days out)
Operating Area: Southwest Regional routes
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (70% Drop & Hook)
Equipment: Assigned newer models (Kenworth, Freightliner, International) with take-home options

What We Offer
- Consistent Earnings: $1,250 - $1,500 average weekly pay.
- Paid on ALL Miles: Get paid for both empty and loaded miles!
- Zero Physical Labor: 100% no-touch dry van freight (70% drop & hook / 30% live load/unload).
- Premium Equipment: Drive assigned, newer model Kenworth, Freightliner, or International trucks.
- Take-Home Truck: Option to take the truck home with you during your weekly time off (where applicable).
- Hourly Protection: $20.00 per hour detention and breakdown pay.
- Health & Wellness: Complete medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
- Retirement: 401(k) retirement plan with up to a $2,000 company match available.
- Paid Time Off: Paid vacation plus 8 paid holidays per year.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
- Background Note: DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
