Home Time: Home weekly
Pay: $1,500 to $1,800 per week
Freight: No-touch, mostly drop and hook
Location: San Antonio, TX
Strong Southwest freight coverage with consistent regional lanes
2,500-3,000 miles per week with steady freight demand
No-touch freight with primarily drop and hook loads
Alternating 34-hour and 48-hour weekly resets

Position: Full-Time Company CDL-A Truck Driver
This CDL-A truck driver position offers alternating 34-hour and 48-hour resets, providing consistent weekly home time and a routine drivers can depend on.
Perks:
• Pay of $1,500 to $1,800 per week
• 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with regional routing
• Mostly drop and hook freight
• Newer trucks, most under 2.5 years old

Additional details include a consistent running area, Penske maintenance contract, paid orientation, pet and rider policies available immediately, E-logs through Platform Science, GPS via tablet, and a fuel program providing extra monthly earnings potential. Dispatch works to keep drivers moving with consistent load planning, minimizing downtime between trips while maintaining scheduled home time. Support teams are available throughout the week to assist with routing, load details, and issues that may come up on the road.
Orientation:
Orientation lasts 3 days, with travel, hotel, and meals provided, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and preparing drivers for assigned routes.
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license and 6 months of experience within the last 12 months are required. No speeding violations of 15 MPH or more over the limit within the last year. Reckless or careless driving is reviewed case by case, and any DUI must be at least 3 years old.
Drivers must be able to handle BOL paperwork and interact with customers as needed. A valid medical card and compliance with FMCSA requirements are required.
