Job Title: Distribution Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Supervises all distribution duties within San Antonio facility including dispatching local and shuttle route drivers, working directly with satellite locations to ensure their product is delivered in a timely manner, ensure all delivery equipment (delivery trucks, forklifts, 3rd party haulers) is maintained in compliance with corporate and state/governmental regulations. The distribution supervisor also trains new and current drivers as necessary and ensures adherence to corporate and governmental procedures. This position also Assists Site manager in production and sales concerns as needed.

Essential Functions

Manages distribution of product in and out of San Antonio facility including local deliveries

Trains new and existing drivers on policy and procedures to ensure compliance

Coordinates with other facilities to ensure their product is ready and delivered in a timely manner

Ensures equipment is operated and maintained in a safe manner

Assists the site manager with sales and production related issues as needed

Required for All Jobs

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level - High School General Education Required

Associate's Degree -General Education Preferred

Licenses and Certifications - CDL Class A - 2+ years preferred
