If you can secure a coil and tarp a load of plate without thinking twice, your skills are worth more than a truck that keeps you out for weeks. Run the week, be home every weekend, and average $1,400 to $1,600 a week.

The Paycheck

• 27% of the load on every haul
• $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross with weekends at home
• Drivers who stay out can earn up to $2,000 a week
• $300 a week non-taxed per diem on top of your pay
• Paid every Friday by direct deposit, nothing held back

• $40 for every tarped load
• $16/hour detention after 2 hours
• $50/day layover and $100/day breakdown pay

• $1,500 after your first load
• $1,500 at 6 months
• $2,000 at 1 year

• Home every weekend with a 34 hour reset
• Most drivers run regional within 5 states
• Flexible dispatch, never forced

• Steel coil, plate, flat steel, pipe and building materials
• 2,000 to 2,500 miles a week
• Cascadia or T680 automatic, 3 years old or newer, assigned only to you
• Inverters on 2023 and newer trucks, bunk heaters, idling allowed

• Health, dental and vision starting the first of the month after 30 days

• Valid Class A CDL, 22 or older
• 1 year OTR within the last 5 years, including at least 6 months flatbed
• Experience with coils, pipe and steel, straps, chains, binders and tarps
• 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Pass a urine drug screen
