About the job Class A CDL Training Home Every Two Weeks
Join a professional training program that pays you from day one. This CDL-A training position gives new graduates hands-on experience and guaranteed pay while building your career as an OTR driver.
Pay & Benefits:
- Training: 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced mentor paid weekly.
- Orientation pay: $300 added to your first paycheck.
- Post training: $0.56-$0.64 CPM depending on tenure and miles.
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 after upgrade to solo driver.
- 1,600-2,200 miles per week all paid miles.
- 100% no touch freight 50% drop and hook.
- Medical Dental Vision 401(k) and Paid Time Off after 30 days.
- Pet and rider policy after training completion.
Schedule & Home Time:
- 4-6 weeks paid on the road with mentor support.
- Home every two weeks for a full reset.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours).
- 21 years or older.
- No DUIs within five years and no major violations within three.
- Must pass hair and urine drug tests.
