Warehouse Assistant

Summary of Duties

The Warehouse Assistant will work within a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained. The position will provide logistical support for that inventory from supplier to warehouse or service trucks, and to job site.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to have a clean MVR - as well as delivery, construction, forklift, material handling, and warehouse experience. They should also be able to operate a vehicle with a trailer in tow - backing & maneuvering skills are a must!

A valid CDL license is also a plus.

Candidates must also have computer experience and good written and verbal communication skills.

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• Proven warehouse work experience
• Expertise in warehouse procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Hands on experience with warehouse software and databases
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience a plus.
