R&R Transportation is hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers who are ready to grow into a Regional Driver position within 90 days. This role is ideal for individuals who want a structured path, consistent expectations, and long-term stability.

Home every other day (after 90 days)

Position Structure
First 90 Days: Part-Time (PT) / Probationary Period (35 hours a week)
After 90 Days: Full-Time Regional Driver (40+ with overtime)
This is a performance-based role. Drivers who meet expectations will transition into full-time status with increased hours and benefits.
What You'll Do
Safely operate company vehicles on assigned routes
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Follow all dispatch instructions and route assignments
Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
Represent the company professionally at all times
Training Program
All drivers must complete a 2-week paid training program.Your performance, safety, and professionalism will be evaluated to determine continued employment.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for drivers who take safety, accountability, and reliability seriously.
During your first 90 days, you must
Have zero accidents or incidents
Have no call-outs or tardiness
Be on time to all stops
Have no DOT/HOS violations
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Important Expectations
No overtime during the first 90 days (unless exceptional performance is demonstrated)
Schedules may vary based on business needs
Flexibility is required (start times, routes, and shifts may change)
After 90 Days (Regional Role Requirements)
Ability to run regional routes with overnight layovers
Comfortable working varying shifts
Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
Note:Drivers who decline the Regional role or are unable to meet its requirements will not continue employment.
