Full Description

Pay: $1,350 to $1,650 per week
Freight: Regional no-touch freight, approximately 50% drop and hook
Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Location: Raleigh, NC 27601

Established freight supporting dependable weekly work
Regional routes planned around practical trip lengths
Late-model assigned equipment with driver amenities
Monday through Friday schedule with weekends at home

Reliable regional freight and organized route planning help CDL-A drivers maintain a productive pace without making the workweek unnecessarily complicated. Drivers handle established customer freight on regional lanes while receiving every weekend at home for a complete 48-hour reset.

Most runs average around 250 miles. This trip length supports regular movement during the week while allowing dispatch to build a schedule from several manageable runs rather than relying entirely on extended long-haul trips.

Equipment & Comfort

Each CDL-A driver is assigned a 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating. Assigned equipment provides a consistent work environment and allows drivers to keep personal gear arranged throughout the week.

Double bunks provide added sleeper space, while a battery-powered APU supports climate control without continually idling the tractor. Each truck also includes SiriusXM radio, a 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, and 1,500-watt inverter.

Weekly Pay & Home Time

Weekly pay is $1,350 to $1,650, with direct deposit issued every Friday. Additional compensation is available for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during the beginning weeks of employment.

Drivers operate Monday through Friday and return home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset. This schedule provides regular time away from the truck and makes it easier to manage appointments, family plans, and personal responsibilities.

Your Workweek

All freight is no-touch, keeping freight handling off the driver. Approximately 50% of the loads are drop and hook, helping reduce the amount of time spent waiting for trailers to be loaded or unloaded.

The remaining freight may involve live appointments, with route planning used to organize pickup and delivery times throughout the week. Familiar regional lanes and recurring customer locations allow drivers to build practical knowledge of the operating area over time.
