About the Job
Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers to be based in San Antonio, TX, to haul auto batteries for our dedicated customer. Drivers will deliver palletized batteries via an electric pallet jack and pick up return core. This position requires a Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire, which Ruan can assist to obtain. Pay
Earn $27.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
Schedule
Drivers will be over the road Wednesday through Sunday with the possibility to run some Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday loads. Schedules and loads go based on seniority.
Equipment
Late-model Freightliners with lift-gate trailers.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
