TR Toppers is a national food processing company in Pueblo, CO, specializing in processing name-brand candies and other inclusions used in various food products, such as ice cream and cakes, and shipping throughout the country. SUMMARY: The Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products to customers, accomplished through thorough planning, ensuring the completion of their duties, and taking safety precautions when completing assignments and performing related tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safe operation of the truck to deliver goods to the customer's place of business and bring return loads to TR Toppers.
• Ensure that goods are transported and delivered in accordance with TR Toppers and industry requirements.
• Manage bills of lading and other necessary paperwork at shipping and receiving locations as required.
• Occasionally, break down and restack pallets.
• Assist with yard moves
• Local pick up and delivery
• Use an electronic log and collect receipts while traveling.
• Interact with customers in a highly professional and positive manner.
• Clean the interior of the truck and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure that the injury or accident is reported immediately.
• Represents TR Toppers Inc. in a professional and dignified manner at all times
• Performs other duties assigned or required.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CDL "A" License
• Three years of OTR experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• You must have a good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of road safety regulations

• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, DOT drug screen, and motor vehicle check.

• .60 per mile if delivering out of state

• All equipment consists of 2021 or newer Kenworth T-680 sleeper trucks equipped with an APU.
